What is Naturopathy?

Naturopathy is a holistic approach to health, focusing on the root causes of illness. As qualified health professionals, Naturopaths use tools like herbal medicine, nutrition, dietary adjustments, and lifestyle changes to support your body’s health and bring you back to homeostasis.

How do I book an appointment?

You can schedule a session or a discovery call here.

How do online sessions work?

Online consultations are held via Cliniko, a secure, encrypted video platform. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions to join. For the best experience, ensure your browser has permission to access Cliniko’s video and microphone (check your computer’s settings).

What should I do to prepare for my
initial consultation?

  • Complete your online intake form (included in your confirmation email) a few days before your appointment

  • Please email any relevant test results from the past 12 months (eg blood or urine tests, ultrasounds, functional testing) by replying to your booking confirmation email

  • Choose a quiet, private space for our session to discuss personal health matters comfortably!

What happens
during an initial consultation?

In your initial consultation, we’ll thoroughly assess your health, including current symptoms, medical history, diet, lifestyle, supplements, and medications. I’ll also review any recent test results. Afterward, you’ll receive a personalised treatment plan designed to guide you toward your unique health goals.

I live overseas - can
I book with you?

I currently support clients in Australia and New Zealand. If you’re international and interested in a session, please contact me with your details to discuss options.

What if I need to change or cancel
my appointment?

Please notify me as soon as possible via email to reschedule. Alternatively you can access the cancellation link in your confirmation email. Note that a 48-hour cancellation policy applies. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% fee of the booking value.

How long will treatment take?

It’s very difficult to give an accurate timeline here! Every individual’s health journey looks different. Yours is unique, and treatment duration varies based on your current health, goals, and commitment to your treatment. We’ll work together at your pace to support your journey to better health.

Is Naturopathy covered by private health insurance?

As of May 2025, rebates for Naturopathy are set to be reinstated later this year, pending coordination between the government, insurers, and professional bodies. We’re hopeful this will take effect soon - follow me on instagram to keep updated!

What testing do
you do?

Testing is not always necessary and is recommended only when it will enhance your treatment plan. During your consultation, we’ll discuss if testing is appropriate for you. Options may include:

  • Blood tests (arranged via your GP or practitioner)

  • Gut microbiome testing

  • Vaginal microbiome testing

  • Salivary hormone testing
